How do you contact Plesk Support? I tried this https://cscontact.plesk.com/ and this https://www.odin.com/support/request/ No of which have access to Plesk support Do they actually have any ?

Worse now after running repair Plesk is completly disabled. Unable to connect to database: /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock (Error code: 2002). Please check that database server is started and accessible Not a brilliant repair tool

Yes both roundcube and psa-horde are listed in server components. But not in "webmail"
