On my current Plesk Panel 11 build I have app called OsTicket in version 1.6.4. Plesk Panel claims that App is updated, however the developer version is 1.7.3 (soon 1.8). Does anyone got a manual or workaround on how to fix this issue ? Best Regards, Greg
