On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
I have copied both reported malware files to my Windows PC and performed a scan on it using ESET (which we use to protect our Windows PCs). The scan reported there where no infections.
Ok. I'll have a look at it. We have a lot of user accounts on this Plesk server. How can I find a fake admin backdoor? Apart from the e-mails on the malware at the moment we don't have any issues with the Plesk server and the admin account we use is protected with 2FA.
I performed a manual scan on the file httpdocs/wp-content/themes/terrifico/functions.php and again it's marked as Infected. Below the reason column it states SMW-INJ-19302-php.bkdr.fakeadmin-1. I can delete the file but I think it will break the website.

We want to use the WP Toolkit Deluxe plugin. Buying it using the webshop doesn't work. Installing it directly with the exensions option after logging in to Plesk seems to work. We paid for the subscription and after that Plesk starts installing the extension. This gives the error Failed to...
There's never was a index.php file to my knowledge and I'm sure I didn't delete the file. Enable nginx caching was turned off for the domain name which I'm using for testing. I turned this so I can now use the Clear Cache option but this doesn't work.

We are a paying customer for Ubuntu Pro. However, the cost for esm-infra updates for Ubuntu 18 is €75 for a VM and €225 for a physical server. We just paid this. So why you come up with €500 I don't know. Turning on esm-infra updates with pro enable esm-infra gives the same error as in this...
We are using

We need to add a lot of DNS records to one new domain name. Not only A records but also other records. I read about a Transfer DNS extension but to my knowledge this extension is not available for this version of Plesk. I tried searching for it...
I checked the firewall rules in the new Plesk Server. Everything has the default value. Perhaps the firewall of our network is blocking it but I 'm not sure. I tried using the Plesk Installer command on Ubuntu stated in the manual but the option to select the extensions is not available.
Now...
I found the panel.log file. The file is rather large so I'm listing the last messages in the file:

I'm trying to add the migrator extension but this gives an internal server error. Is this a firewall issue? We're using:
