On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.

In Plesk installer "MariaDB 10.6 server" is selected. If i select ""MariaDB 10.11 server" is that like upgrade from 10.6 to 10.11 ? Or completely remove and install new and everything is gone.

You could also use backup software like Veeam (also a free version) or SQL Backup & FTP etc for more control
