    Failed to start new Plesk 11.0 on fresh windows 2008 R2 after windows update

    I don't know why it failed to start fresh install Plesk 11 on fresh windows 2008 R2 after windows update. I have not do anything configuration yet on iis, plesk. The problem is start after Windows Update. Below is Error Msg from Windows Events ----- ---- ----- -----
