On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.

I had the same problem on a new Centos 7 server. After changing to shared IP everything worked well. In my opinion the default value for the IP addresses should be shared and not dedicated.

I have the same problem on a fresh server (Plesk Onyx v17.0.17 Update #3, CentOS 7.2.1511).
I think it is related to the header c=simple/simple and changing it to c=relaxed/relaxed will fix the problem.
Where do I find the DKIM configuration file?
