I have taken a look on my own WHM/cPanel and later did some searching and ended up on this in the changelog: "To hide the link to Codeable, add codeableIntegrationFeature = off under the corresponding section of the panel.ini (Plesk) or config.ini (cPanel) file."

As you could read above: you can easily disable it. That's not the problem; the problem is that it's on by default.
