    Mail server CPU usage 99.9 % (?) and will not respond to restrart

    I just replied to postings and forgot to ask: I am running XP and wonder if it would make any difference when switching to Windows 7. Does anyone know if the same unbearable not responding situation is present when running Windows 7 as well? Thank you
