    Hi guys, using windows 2008 r2 server and plesk onyx 17.8.11 update #90 clients have been complaining server extremely slow and or timing out ... and i have had to reboot multiple times due to 100 cpu utilization related to php cgi.. seems like my complaints started sept 8th any chance...
