There is nothing to fix, this behavior will continue in future versions. Therefore, the only viable solution is the one mentioned earlier.
Edit the panel.ini file and add the following:
[fileManager]
codeEditor.pageEnabled = false
This will resolve the issue.
For anyone else experiencing this problem, run these commands and it will be resolved:
plesk bin extension --uninstall ssh-terminal
plesk bin extension --install ssh-terminal
