The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.

Figured it out
Found a script:
/usr/local/psa/var/fix_apsc_password
For the non-technically inclined it can be ran with:
cd /usr/local/psa/var
then
./fix_apsc_password
I don't see this in your Documenation...
MySQL crapped out and I had to recreate mysql user passwords.
I found the 'admin' password in /etc/psa/.psa.shadow and was able to reset it in MySQL.
Where is the password for the user 'apsc' stored?
