I am trying to migrate a Plesk installation and am getting the warning
"Failed to decode the passwords of some subscriptions users. The passwords will be reset."
It seems some passwords are encrypted and some are not.
The following KB article gives a solution but I am not sure how to proceed...
The log has the following:

I suspect the cache dir is missing but I do not know where the directory should be.
Where does the cache dir need to be?
How can I find out where it should be?

Any help on this? It is still an issue. The latest update to Plesk broke my SSL certs and I had to manually put the cert info in the .crt file in /usr/local/psa/var/certificates
I should not have to do this. Plesk should take care of it.

I have installed a new SSL cert and tried to assign it to an IP address.
