On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
I will keep an eye out for it and do some random testing. I am currently developing 4 plugins so can put the version text in lots of different places and styles to test for you.

I saw that this was first mentioned in Issue - Plugin code with underscore is not accepted
That was from back in 2022. I posted my bug report as a fresh thread in the hopes it would attract attention and with me providing both the cause and fix I think it may be worth looking at again?

I manage multiple plesk servers for multiple clients and this is the first time I have come across this one.
The client changed the username in the "System user's credentials" section of the hosting settings.
This then broke the php-fpm on restart with this error message.
Error: phpinimng...
