The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
Thank you ChristophRo, but I really don't understand? The customer did NOT land on the server's default site, they landed on the 404 page for the correct website.
Also, I thought if the browser requested HTTP/1.0 that the server responds with "no, you need to request HTTP/2.0" or something...
I found this thread today because I had the same error. Before trying the solution above, I tried the following instead and it worked:
In Plesk Panel go to Firewall > Modify Plesk Firewall Rules
Click Discard Changes > OK
I then checked and the previous rule I'd entered was still there. I...
We have a large file that we sometimes need customers to download from our server. We send them a link, and most download it fine. But sometimes they get a 404 error. We asked a customer for a screenshot today, and they took a photo instead so part of it is cropped out, but the link is correct...
Thank you Mow. I will look at that if it happens again.
FWIW... I ended up unblocking the Amazon ips, and the next auto renewal went through without a hitch. I checked access logs, and saw that 2 of the ips used during validation (out of a total of about 6 or 8) had been blocked in my firewall...
I have about 20 domains using free Let's Encrypt certificates that auto-renew.
Sometimes they renew just fine.
Other times, the domain will renew, but the webmail and/or www subdomains will not. The error shown says something about connection, possibly firewall.
The thing is - it's random...
Seen this before and didn't look into it, but it seems to be appearing more often now. Is this normal, or if not, what should I do? The blank IP concerns me most. Typical line looks like this:
dovecot: service=lda, user=(redacted), ip=[]. Warning: Failed to parse return-path header
I had a user hit their mailbox limit yesterday, then while trying to clean up email, hit the maximum outgoing email limit.
I suspect most of the outgoing emails were read receipts while she was cleaning the mailbox.
So now, in Mail Log, under Emails Not Sent, there are a bunch of emails I would...
I'm trying to see logs from around noon yesterday, but the date selection is only "from" with no "to" - AND it still doesn't do away with the need to click "load previous entries" TONS of times. It's only loading about 5-10 minutes worth at a time now - its going to take forever to go back 28...
FYI - in case anyone else has this issue - it's because of the foreign date format. I normally sort by date newest to oldest, which worked fine when I bought this extension in December. Now I have to search by date (eg 08/01 to find January 8)
I hate this odd date format - DD-MM-YYYY - this...
My mail log extension stopped working at midnight Dec 31 - it must have something to do with the new year's date format of my logs? I still have mail logs on the server, but I bought this extension to make it easier to read.
I tried the support link you gave above, but it's not in English and...
Thank you for the info. That helps!
Now a suggestion:
Today when I checked emails received, there were some VERY long email addresses in the list, which pushed all the other columns off the screen. This means I need to scroll to the bottom and use the horizontal scrollbar to see the rest of...
I just installed this because I hope it will save me some time.
But I'm not sure how this works: "Usual countries of pop/smtp access for this domain"
I'm assuming this means countries allowed to check email and send email, and it will have zero effect on where incoming email originates from...
