    The CNAME function in Plesk is really buggy. It will try to add dot (".") to every CNAME record. Howevery, if this domain is a CNAME point to an external domain like google.com(which is a frequently used method to verify domain ownership), adding the dot(".") in the end will corrupt the record...

    Hi I am trying to set a CNAME for my domian cdn.A.com to cdn.B.com(hosted outside plesk) However, when query the Plesk DNS for cdn.A.com, it always return a blank record. What is the problem?

    Plesk Migration failed with empty log

    I was trying to migrate Plesk on my Ubuntu 12.04 to a different server and with Ubuntu 12.04 too. However, when I start the Migration manager, migration task quickly failed and the log is empty. I am not sure what to do

    Upgrading To Percona Server in Plesk 11.5

    I was trying upgrade my Plesk 11.5 on Ubuntu 12 64bit to percona-mysql. However, After I do the upgrade, Plesk will not allow me to add customer/webspace. It will give me nginx bad gateway error. And I could not find out what's going wrong. Any suggestion on where to start looking for errors?
