    Issue Slow connectivity with MySQL Workbench and DB downloads w/Export Dump

    Downloading my 184 MB database used to take just a few minutes with MySQL Workbench (compression on) and Plesk's "Export Dump" function. Now it takes 45 minutes. My connection speeds are fine. Memory use is about 50%. I've added my IP to the trusted list. It started with MySQL WorkBench only...
