Changing for PHP 8.2.11 hasn't solved the error, but reinstalling Plesk Premium Email has solved it. I don't receive anymore warning mails from Nextcloud. Thank you

Thank you for the precision. In fact, it's what I've done, since using www-data wasn't working. I didn't know it could cause troubles. My explanation was not accurate.

I've tried twice, around two hours ago, and then some minutes ago, to send an email from one of the domains email address to my gmail address, and it fails. I receive nothing, and the sender receives no error or warning message.
Hello,
I have several domains with mail activated, and I would like to know if my configuration is correct :
The server host name is myserver.com. I use it for SMTP/IMAP configuration in the mail softwares. In each domain DNS I have something like this :
TXT field for SPF ;
adomain.info...
I close this issue. I've made a migration of my server on a new server with a fresh Debian 11 installation, and now everything is working fine Thank you for your answers :)
Thank you. I'll try that. Regarding the not being able to connect and get my mails, I've found in the maillog something indicating that the connexion is lost each time Mail try to get the mails, but I don't see why :
