Update, now working i found a small error when i created the rule in IIS it automatically adds https:// so it was added twice. thank you.

thank you i have tried that and when i visit my domain name from my client PC it is trying to load http://127.0.0.1:8092/ on the local machine and not my plesk server. in plesk i set the domain as a forward and also in IIS.
