I found the root cause. You should add this new IP address in Reseller Plan(you named it package). Due to the fact that in Plan another IP address is set, you face such behavior.

For new domain these parameters are hardcoded. You could suggest to increase these parameter on uservoice.
Also they could be changed via Plesk interface in PHP settings.

This solution was not tested with Plesk. Also we do not recommend using altermime, because the configuration of Postfix will be overwritten every time some mail server settings in Plesk are changed.
