Hi @all, since PSA 11.x subdomains will no more created in /var/www/vhosts/domain.tld/subdomains. All users are able to change the new path in the old one, but how i can pre-config the path for using subdomains for all users, so their must not change it herself ? LEy'

Hi Nikolay, Apps from APS catalog are 3rd party only. But the help desk is ja official parallels plugin, you need to buy a license. Till Plesk 10, it was show automaticly. LEy'

Hi @all, yesterday i bought licence for help desk, but the application is not shown in Plesk. Years ago, i bought this licence for another server, too. There was installed Plesk 10.x and the application was shown immediately. But now, with Plesk 11.0.9, i cant find the application, also...
