OK. Seems this problem can only be solved by Strato. After some mails they've repaired the access authorization on different directories. Now on one V-Server everthing seems to be working again. You must open a new "trouble-ticket" for every server with this problem...

On one server Strato did something and the directory /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/libraries/phpseclib is usable again, so PhpMySQLadmin did an database sql export correctly. The Plesk-Update still does not work...

Today Strato mailed the problem is solved... We've tested an update and got the same error... Plesk can't update PHPMySQLAdmin - and PHPMySQLAdmin isn't working correctly anymore. The've solved nothing :-( We've contacted them again... let's see what happens :-)

Strato is not the fastest... here is a first response...

Today I've contacted Strato/Germany (host of these V-servers) about this problem. As far as I know they use Virtuozzo. Let's see what happens...
