The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
You can change the Minimum Time Between Posts on vb boards in
Admin Control Panel -> Settings -> Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Minimum Time Between Posts
default should be 30 seconds.

1) How is this package removed? Just apt-get remove nginx I have already stopped the service in Plesk.
2) If I wanted to leave it installed and running how do I change the cipher suites for nginx at the server level.

I have tried adding them in
/etc/apache2/conf.d/zz050-psa-disable-weak-ssl-ciphers.conf
/etc/apache2/conf.d/ssl.conf
/etc/apache2/httpd.conf
And nothing!

Just to summarise, on a Ubuntu 8.04 LTS system you need to add the cipher.lst file to /opt/psa/admin/conf/
rather than /usr/local/psa/admin/conf as directed in the Plesk PCI Compliance docs
That should do the trick if your having trouble setting up the cipher.lst on a Ubuntu system.
