Changing Anonymous Authentication Identity to 'application pool identity' in IIS helps, but how to fix that problem globaly for all domains?

Hello, after plesk upgrade from 11.5 to 12.5, most sites on server asking for username and password. "%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --configure-anonymous-access --vhost-name=$domain doesnt help. Please, help.
