The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
I found some new symptons and rewrote the post above. Maybe somebody has a clue, this is hopefully a bit more helpful then the invalid key issue.
And another update.
My fresh installed test server with Debian 9, Plesk 18.0.20 via Autoinstall just got the same invalid key error.
It did run fine...
So I investigated a bit further and rewrite the hole post, as got a bit messy.

About three days ago I updated my Plesk to Obsidian from Onyx and my Debian 8 to 9. Everything ran fine.
The server was up and running, the domains were working. I also had to get a new key from my reseller as my old one still was one from the old licensing...
