Dear Pleskians! The Plesk Forum will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 7th of July, at 9:00 AM UTC. The expected maintenance window is 2 hours.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on the matter.
Thank you for the reply. I hope I was able to gather the information you requested. I have to remote a machine that connects to the server, so I had to gain one entry using a screenshot.
As you requested, I did place Plesk into Debug Mode using Panel.ini Editor. I then used Panel.ini to...

In case anyone else is fighting this, the answer for us was in ModSecurity.
There were 3 rules being triggered constantly when trying to login to webmail:
949110
980170
932239
Whitelisting those resolved the issue.
Thank you for the reply. I just tried Plesk Repair, and while it found mailbox issues, the repairs it conducted now just brings us to a "Forbidden" "You don't have permission to access / on this server." error once we get past the login screen for Webmail.

Just a shout out for the Danami support team. We decided to try Juggernaut on a server we were migrating purely in hopes that it would supply some GEO blocking security. Now over a year later it's done everything we hoped, and more. We're now using it to deal with some other security issues...
Thanks. We got the issue resolved temporarily, but will open a ticket regarding the MaxMind issue as the issue does not seem to be resolved. Just FYI, we go this in the morning email:
We’re still seeing outdated API requests from your account (ID XXXXXX) that are using an incorrect endpoint...
>If you search for the IP address in the dashboard search and it doesn't come up with any results, then it's not blocked on the firewall. It's not a firewall problem.
Perhaps there is a disconnect in how I am relaying things then.
I pull up a browser. I got to a site on this server. I can...
>We follow the same defaults for logging that CSF uses for all Cpanel servers. Just enable Drop incoming logging as I mentioned if you really want them logged.
Forgive me if I'm missing something. I'm not trying to be obtuse. I just know that without using Juggernaut, if we had someone who...
So by default, Juggernaut offers no way to see what IPs are being dropped?
Also, when I do know the IP to search for, why is it not showing up in the Dashboard search?
>ou can easily whitelist your developers IP addresses on the firewall...
Yes, we do that, but if we don't know what location or IP is being blocked, we can't whitelist it. We have a list of "Trusted Locations" for static ips. On the ones we know about, they are whitelisted. This is not one...
>The only way to see if an IP address is being blocked is to know the IP address. Just blocking a single country might have thousands of subnets and millions of IP addresses. Just looking at a list of thousands of CIDR notation subnets isn't going to tell you anything useful.
No, but if I have...
