Well to be honest as I can see I'm logged in as an ADMIN and I can see the entire "Tool" section so for me it seems that the view is not the problem. I can do all the administrative things that I could do before the new installation.
Therefore I guess this is an installation issue, just my 2 cents

I did a brand new installation on a Server (Image Server4you - Debian 8.6 & Plesk Onyx 17.0.17 Update 5). I did install the Server Health Monitor via "update & upgrade" on the Plesk backend but I can't configure the service due to the fact that I can't see this option on the Plesk...
