This is exactly what I see and there is no option regarding the "Health Monitor" right?

Well to be honest as I can see I'm logged in as an ADMIN and I can see the entire "Tool" section so for me it seems that the view is not the problem. I can do all the administrative things that I could do before the new installation. Therefore I guess this is an installation issue, just my 2 cents
