Same here, it doesn't actually do anything but its nice to see the score go up by 300 points ;) This also Applies to the plesk firewall being disabled, the Immunify360 has a far superior firewall but as you cant run both at the same time the plesk firewall has to be disabled.

Check wether there are folders not checked, they wont show otherwise. Another option is that the permissions are not set right, use the command plesk repair mail *domain name* or check the files manually. PS when i run the "plesk repair mail" script it sets spamassassin to 0.0 causing all mail...
