Thanks for your prompt response Yes, I was trying the spf online tools and [email protected] etc., and I have put a request in to support at Fasthosts (though I don't hold out much hope of any help there!). I appreciate your prompt reply. Cheers

I am having exactly the same problem! My hosting provider is Fasthosts. Was this issue ever resolved?
