    Solved it by adding sleep in /etc/init.d/xinetd ;; restart|force-reload) $0 stop sleep 1; $0 start ;; *)

    Hello, I have also Plesk 12 and Debian 6 and exact same problem description as GiorgosP1. It´s pretty annoying.
