    thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you... exactly the same thing happened to me - i.e. Apache Test page after upgrade to 10.0.3.0 and the supplied command fixed it! P.s. what exactly does it do - obviously it 'reconfigures'...
