    Hello! I have create a new server plesk same the first one but on this new server impossible for each mailbox user to login to the webmail. Everytime error login / password error. We have cross checked all the settings we don't found any difference between the servers. Any idea about this issue?

    Just tried but I think Plesk team have not yet added this function into the SOGo Plesk extension. Because it's missing some fews settings and library. You can check at this link the requirements about SOGo ActiveSync function...

    @Johnny9977 @jreitter A quick work around because yes this function about plesk sbin httpdmng --reconfigure-server not work. You need go on the domain -- Mail settings -- Reselect SOGO as webmail and click ok / save! And now it will work correctly :cool:

    About the problem with long password more than 15 symbols. Why you not change the encryption with ssha512? It’s more secure and there is no bug with sogo about this encryption. Find in attach my config file for my sogo dedicated server and a comparison about the 2 encryptions type. You will see...
