hi all i tried to add sqlserver 2016 to plesk onyx17.5.3 but there is problem when adding new database Error: Connection to the database server has failed because of network problems: Try to establish connection failed did i miss something??

Good morning please any one know how to unlock and Sync subscription in Plesk Onyx 17.5.3? also what is the best way to create subscription and not locked ? thankx in advance
