On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
Thank you very much for your reply. I have now temporarily changed the cron job from hourly to daily. It will now run once a day at night until a solution is found.
Hello,
Two days ago, I updated Plesk on two Linux servers to Plesk 18.0.74 #3 during the day. The following night, the two servers started to generate high CPU usage by mariadb every hour. In the processes, I saw that emailsecurity is responsible for this. The cron job starts every hour and...
I have made the following settings for 2 servers since some months:

Hi,
"Open Plesk" to open the native Plesk user interface is not available in my Plesk Mobile at this time for all servers. Is there anything changed? Any days before it was also not possible to login from Plesk Mobile via this link to this native Plesk user interface.
All other functions are...

There was a entry in /etc/mysql/my.cnf with high innodb_buffer_pool_size. Entry deleted and service restarted and now the high memory usage is obsolet.
I don't know, why there was no problems before. I think, the update was not the reason.

Of course, I cannot perform a full restore of the Plesk backup, because otherwise all customer files will also be restored to the previous state. I assumed that a full Plesk backup would also back up the plesksecurity database. I only want to restore the database. But where can I find the backup...
Like above described I removed and reinstalled the extension because of this bug and the resolution of Plesk-KB (in my fist post). Now all blacklists and whitelists from customers are lost.
Is there a chance to restore from a Plesk full backup all Black- and Whitelists from extension Plesk Email...
Oh no, all blacklists and whitelists are deleted now. It is definitively not a good way to remove and reinstall the Plesk Security. We have Plesk backups of system but there is of course no function to restore this configurations. Have anybody an idea, how can I restore this? Thanks Plesk for...
Thanks for this information. Right, in logs were many errors like "connect_to_sql: unable to connect to DSN 'DBI:mysql:database=emailsecurity;mysql_socket=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock': Can't connect to local server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock'".
After reinstall the Email...
Hello,
a customer has a problem receiving e-mail from only one sender.
The sender receives a bounce email with the error:
Remote server returned '554 5.7.4 < # 5.7.4 SMTP; 554 5.7.4 failed to deliver message via SSL/TLS. >'
I can see the error in the mail log:
