i have plesk 12 and unfortunately i cannot contact support because i have bought it from reseller is there anyway i can use to detect the problem and solve it myself

i'm unable to log in to plesk i have plesk 12 for windows this is the message i get when i try to log in ERROR: Class 'Service_Driver_Packages_Windows' not found (Windows.php:10)
