I see no option to update MariaDB why?

Hallo, I'm using Debian 11 with updated Plek, all software is updated. But my MariaDB is still Version 10.5.23, my updated Software (Moodle) requrires MariaDB 10.6.7 or higher. I have no option to update (to any other verison) in the DB-Server-Server Config Page. How can I update my MariaDB...
