    Issue Can't open Port 25. Please help

    I use Ionos, and it appears that the solution was more simple than I could have imagined. According to this: Cloud Servers: Getting Started - IONOS Help, port 25 is blocked by default and you have to contact support to get that changed. Thanks for the help! I believe that resolves my concern.
