    Issue Updates make Apache low priority

    Hello, sometimes when plesk does its nightly updates, it restarts httpd but all the threads are now nice = 10, this is resolved by restarting httpd forcfully, gracfully does not fix it. CentOS 6.7 , apache2.2 , Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.11 Thank you for any assistance provided
