Thanks, the license key turned up, just had to wait 12 hours (if anyone else is in the same situation).

Just bought the MagicSpam for Plesk from the online store and have installed it no problems, but I don't have a license key and the control panel will not retrieve it from the License Management section. Any ideas what I should do now? Do I get one by email sometime? Thanks...
