Failed to download the package https://autoinstall.plesk.com/ppsmbe.inf3: Couldn't resolve host 'autoinstall.plesk.com'

We are unable to update, save back ups which is really needed right now... Plesk is broken, I can't even send out a ticket because guess what that doesn't work either. I need help to get my back up file to my computer it is important and this **** needs to be fixed. Check it out the pages...
