On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
I would like to use PEAR and PECL to install some php extensions (e.g. mcrypt, APCu and redis) for each php version separately. How do I use those tools since the additional php versions are located at /opt/plesk/php/5.* and the CentOS 7 managed one is at /etc/php.d/ .

It is certainly a firewall issue since the connection to the given random DATA port is possible if the firewall is deactivated at all.
Strangely the problem only appears if TLS is enabled!
Unfortunately the encrypted FTP transfer is broken since Plesk upgraded to version 12.
There are two cases:
Passiv FTP without encryption on port 21: everthing workes fine.
Passiv FTP with explicite TLS encryption on port 21: The control connection can be established by using TLS on port 21...
I am unable to disable or modify the firewall by using the plesk firewall extention. Plesk throw the two errors below:

I have some error when the new outgoing spam protection (limitation for outgoing mail) is enabled. Mail clients are unable to use SMTP for sending mails. "My mail client says: The message could not be sent. You are not allowed to use sendmail utility."
I don't undestand the blocking behaviour...
