I've run below command and had been successfully but I see performance tab is exist in create plan (with reseller access) and reseller can change all of my default setting during create plans ! I wan't reseller can change my server config for users ! C:\Program Files...

but it's for linux server , my server is windows and I've problem on reseller accounts yet !
