Checked all these and more but nothing seems to work

I cannot receive emails but can send. I am more of a novice to plesk so any help will be appreciated. when i send mail from other addresses i get a mailer daemon saying 553 :relaying disallowed. Tried checking my DNS but looks ok, i need help
