i think your in Power user mode ? i run in the same problem by clicking in the left upper corner on change view.
try this to fix your view. To access all functions in Plesk as Admin

Got some same issuses, when i will add a new mysql or want to change something, it will not show the Buttons to save it or something. i do the repair options more than one time but no change after doing that.

i have do the plesk repair command completly but the issue is still there.
after repair i have tested it with Chrome, Microsoft EDGE and Mozilla.
The Problems are still there in any browser.
any other options ?
can i do the plesk installation / upgrade...

yesterday i updated my plesk from 12.0.18 to 12.5.30 with errors at first there was the new layout from the plest 12.5 but version number was still 12.0.18
i started the update again but i become some errors to but now the version number and layout are correctly...
