Thanks - how would I do that please? The ftp is designed for backups and in the past it used to do incrementals so I suspect it is a setting in Plesk/CentOS

For the past few weeks we have been receiving this email after the scheduled backup kicks in. Incremental backup is enable but does not work - could the 2 issues be related? Backup is around 8-10Gb daily and there are 6 multi-volume tar files successfully uploaded on ftp on a daily basis...

Well I get a window to search for the theme but there is no option to upload the theme. In any case, I changed from php vendor mod_php to FastCGI and WP is working correctly now.
