If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
Any update on this Igor? At the very least 'other' should link to a page/popup with more information explaining what 'other' is. People shouldn't have to Google it to find this forum just to figure it out.
In Plesk 9 we could do a batch update of lots of domains for particular hosting settings like webalizer and awstats.
Where is this same functionality in Plesk 10?
We have over 300 domains and want to turn off webalizer and awstats for *all* of them.
Obviously we don't want to manually...
I believe spamtrain is executed in this way -
You'll have a file at /etc/crontab that has something like this -
# run-parts
01 * * * * root run-parts /etc/cron.hourly
02 4 * * * root run-parts /etc/cron.daily
22 4 * * 0 root run-parts /etc/cron.weekly
42 4 1 * * root run-parts...
percentage is good for us. Obviously it should be the percentage of their TOTAL limit.
For example -
hosting plan limit= 3GB
add-on = 2GB
Total limit = 5GB
90% warning = 4.5GB (0.9 x 5)
Message example -
This is a notification that you are using over 90% of your hosting space...
For the record, my sys admins sorted it out for me, so I didn't end up submitting a support ticket to Parallels.
I will stay away from that Plesk feature until future Plesk versions, as I don't want to be the guinea pig.
First of all - thanks very much for the quick response.
I'm not interested in having a credit for future support, as generally I don't require any support other than for resolution to bugs.
Am I able to get a refund instead of a free incident bonus?
I've got the EXACT same error. I've never touched the Plesk database manually, so this is obviously a bug somewhere in the Parallels/Plesk software.
Can you please let me know how I can get free support for this issue.
ps. Since this is obviously due to a bug in Plesk (including Plesk...
Ok, thanks for the response. At least it's in your system, even if it doesn't seem to have progressed since last June.
Please try to give the decision makers a nudge about this issue. It's been a long time since this issue has existed and must be affecting a lot of hosting companies.
Sergey/Igor/Anyone - It's now more than 8 months since you acknowledged this is a known Plesk problem. It's obviously a fairly serious issue for hosting companies, as it forces us to have lots of clients on unsynced hosting plans.
Can you please -
1) confirm Parallels has some formal...
Igor, can you PLEASE do this soon - it's been months.
ps. Parallels *really* needs a public bug tracking system - hopefully someone over there is at least considering it.
