    I had the same problem after upgrading to 10.4.4 and it was resolved by running bootstrapper.sh: /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.12.0-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

    Did you check /var/log/httpd/error_log ? Most likely you will find the reason of httpd problem there
