Issue solved by Plesk support. Plesk was incomplete on the server after executing 'apt-get dist-upgrade'. See Plesk 12 Release Notes and this post.

Thanks for your support. I open a ticket with Plesk/Odin. For the memory, I'll upgrading my contract or remove some wesites, as soon as I get my server back. Thank you once again for your help.
