What I meant was, that I can run that and it won't change anything. It did not solve the problem.

I tried that and it's going through without any further problem. For me it looks like a problem caused by the new place, where the conf files are stored, since the last update to 11.5 I made yesterday. It seems, that "something" is still trying to find the php.ini i.e and the other conf files...

Can you specify what needs to be removed and where?
