Speedkit isnt working, its somehow being blocked. I've contacted the extension software provider, but they couldn't find a way to solve the issue, so I requested a refund, they said I should ask Plesk for a refund, but apparently its impossible to contact/submit a ticket for a refund, because...

Did you find a solution? Im having the same issue. I've submitted a ticket support to Speedkit but they don't cant seem to fixed it either or really know whats wrong.
