Using Plesk Onyx with Centos 6.9
I have tried repeatedly to upload a backup that I downloaded from Plesk Onyx. I select the file and it starts uploading. It is a 1.6 gb file so it takes forever. Once it reaches 100%...the login screen appears. I log back in and no backup file to be found. No...

This is what I got:

I did try to access plesk prior to running the second command and still received the error: ERROR: Zend_Db_Adapter_Exception: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused

In an effort to repair plesk, I have run the command repair plesk fs vhosts which returns the PHP notice:
Undefined index: fs in /usr/sbin/plesk on line 57
I have read that article many times. Unfortunately I am not versed enough in SSH commands to figure it out. I can SSH in but and enter in the line that begins with grep and nothing happens then I have no idea how to use the comment below.
UPDATE: Got the DB running. Websites work fine but still cannot access plesk. Now I get this error: ERROR: Zend_Db_Adapter_Exception: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused

No idea what changed but right now my sites are not responding correctly and I believe it has to do with the mysql db not starting. I am new to this so please bear with me! I was able to retrieve the error log and this is what I got:
